Sarah Porter

Sarah undertook her legal studies at the University of the West of England in Bristol obtaining a LLB (Hons) Law Degree and then completing the legal practice course.

Sarah joined the company in 2006, and after completing her training contract Sarah has remained with the company specialising in Civil Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mental Health.

Sarah undertakes a varied caseload, dealing with Contract Disputes, consumer matters and heading up our Property department which includes dealing with Boundary Disputes, Rights of Way issues, Easements, and Nuisance Claims. Sarah also undertakes instructions in Landlord and Tenant matters, including private and commercial properties, possession, arrears, lease extensions and dilapidations claims.

In addition to this, Sarah is the head of our Mental Health team and can assist with Mental Health Review Tribunal applications (both civil and forensic sections), or representing individuals at the Court of Protection.

Sarah is also a qualified mediator and can be instructed to represent Clients at mediation or to act as a mediator.

When not in the office Sarah enjoys supporting Cardiff Blues Rugby Team, playing squash and running. Sarah is also a Board Member of Wales & West Housing Association.
