Anna joined our civil litigation team in 2004 as a trainee and remained with Thomas Graham (which subsequently de-merged to form William Graham Law Ltd.), on qualification. Prior to joining the firm, Anna read Law at Bristol University, and undertook the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff Law School, for which she received a commendation. She was admitted to the Roll in July 2006.
Anna has gained a broad experience in numerous areas of law. On qualification, she specialised in employment law, working closely with managers and HR professionals, providing advice in relation to contentious employment issues and offering HR support including redundancy management and disciplinary and grievance related issues, representing both Claimants and Respondents and acquiring particular experience in the field of discrimination.
She now focuses, exclusively, on all aspects of personal injury work (including employers’ liability, public liability, occupiers’ liability and road traffic accidents), clinical negligence and CICA claims. Over the years she has developed good relations with individual and commercial clients and has advocated at numerous courts and tribunals.
Outside the office, Anna enjoys writing fiction and poetry. She plays the piano, guitar and clarinet, and enjoys a variety of sports including tennis, swimming, skiing and riding. She is a qualified holistic therapist and is widely travelled. She loves spending quality time with family and friends.
