Stephen has spent approximately 8 years specialising in the field of industrial disease personal Injury Litigation. Stephen has particular expertise in the area of asbestos disease; noise induced hearing loss, hand arm vibration syndrome, work-related upper limb disorders, dermatitis and occupational asthma litigation.
He also has extensive experience of dealing with employer’s liability claims and claims of a catastrophic nature often involving claims of a significant value.
He is fully experienced in taking claims through all stages of the litigation process including disposal at trial, where Stephen has a 100 per cent strike rate.
Stephen’s approach to litigation is to take a straight forward and pragmatic approach while always ensuring that the client’s objectives and best interests are kept to the fore.
