Nerys undertook a four year law degree at Nottingham Trent University in 1999 which involved a year in industry working for a high street firm in Torfaen. Upon graduating, Nerys moved to Cardiff and worked for Consumer Direct Wales and then as a Consumer Protection Officer for Cardiff  Trading Standards, dealing with contract and consumer disputes.

Following completion of the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2006, Nerys joined DAS as a Legal Advisor advising commercial organisations and private clients in contract, property and employment matters.

In 2007, Nerys undertook her Training Contract with Powys County Council. As a Local Government officer she gained extensive advocacy experience prosecuting and defending in the Magistrates Court and making applications in the Family Proceedings Court.

Nerys joined William Graham Law in June 2009 and undertakes a varied caseload dealing with Property Disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, Contract Claims and Consumer Matters. In addition to this, Nerys is a member of our Mental Health team and can assist with Mental Health Review Tribunal applications.

Nerys is also a fluent Welsh speaker and is able to deal with cases through the medium of Welsh. 

Away from the office, Nerys enjoys playing hockey and netball, competing in triathlons and supporting Llanelli Scarlets.
