Sarah Cawley-Wilkinson was already one of our successful employment team, but like many others was trying to seek that elusive pupilage to further her legal career. Following discussions with John Graham, who understands the challenges faced for those wishing to enter advocacy, it was agreed a less conventional approach be taken to ensure that Sarah’s development could continue within the practice. We are therefore pleased to be able to announce that Sarah will remain part of our growing business.
John Graham, Managing Director, said:
Retaining good quality advocacy skills within house is an important part of any forward-thinking business, thinking outside the norm is something that every business must do to retain good quality employees.
Sarah Cawley-Wilkinson added:
It is the ability of a business to think out of the conventional that makes the difference when looking to make further steps on the legal ladder. William Graham Law did exactly this, so despite the opportunity to move to another firm, I chose to stay with this business.
