William Graham Law extends its mental health services.
3rd November 2011
The Legal Services Commission has awarded further case starts to William Graham Law under the terms of our contract with the LSC. This recognises that we had reached our target and allocation of cases, but continuing demand for the firm’s services to represent those detailed under the Mental Health Act was such that we have had our contract extended. This means that we can represent more clients and reflects our commitment to this important area of law.

Protect your business – lifting at work.
October 2011
Anna Whyatt one of our most experienced PI solicitors recently settled a case which only serves to demonstrate how important Health and Safety training can be to any business.
Through our excellent negotiations, our client (claimant) was awarded £34,000 in damages following extensive muscle damage to his arm and shoulder when trying to move a washing machine. Businesses not only have a duty of care to their employees but also need to be aware of the financial impact a lack of training in the workplace can have.
Our client received a substantial award as a result of our expertise which will undoubtedly help, but will never fully compensate for the impact of his injuries on his day to day life.
